Professional Experience:Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Sullivan was a partner in the law firm of Lenox, Socey, Wilgus, Formidoni, Brown, Giordano and Casey, where he concentrated his practice in the defense of medical malpractice cases for a number of medical malpractice insurance carriers. At Parker McCay, he continues to practice in medical negligence and related areas while focusing primarily on complex litigation, land use and commercial litigation.
Mr. Sullivan's diverse legal background includes practice in the areas of litigation, municipal law, real estate and estate planning. He was previously assistant attorney general and deputy director for the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety's Division of Gaming Enforcement, the investigative and enforcement arm of the casino regulatory agencies. He also served as assistant counsel in the Office of Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey.
