Professional Experience:Mr. Seiden focuses his practice on representing the rights of creditors in federal bankruptcy proceedings, along with a focus on representing the interests of residential and commercial lenders in state court foreclosure matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice also includes defending lenders from actions brought under TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, NJHOSA, ECOA, and the NJCFA. He also represents businesses and condominium associations in a variety of chancery and commercial matters, including commercial litigation and collections.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Seiden served as law clerk to the Honorable M. Allan Vogelson, P.J. Ch., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Chancery Division. Additionally, Mr. Seiden worked for The Sports Corporation, a major professional hockey agency in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Et Cetera:Mr. Seiden is an avid hockey fan and Philadelphia Flyers season ticket holder. While attending Lebanon Valley College, Mr. Seiden was a member of an ECAC championship hockey team, which advanced to the Elite 8 of the NCAA National Championship Tournament. He resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with his wife, Alyson.
