Professional Experience:Ms. Pinto focuses her practice on representing the interests of residential and commercial lenders in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state court foreclosure matters, and representing the rights of creditors in federal bankruptcy proceedings. She also represents lenders and creditors in litigation regarding federal and state lender liability claims, including defending lenders against claims filed for alleged violations of TILA, HOEPA, ECOA, NJCFA, NJFFA, and PA Act 91 of 1983. On behalf of clients, she has handled title resolution and has engaged in loss mitigation negotiations. She has represented lenders in the REO process for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms Pinto has also represented banks in landlord/tenant court for eviction proceedings.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Pinto was an associate with Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, a foreclosure firm in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
