Professional Experience:Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and litigation, local government law, and appellate law.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Berger served as law clerk to the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While attending law school, Mr. Berger served as an extern to the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, he worked as a summer associate for D'Alfonso and Camacho.
