    Professional Experience:

    Mr. Bacigalupo focuses his practice in the areas of school law, education law and administrative law, representing public school boards of education in all subject matters affecting their operation, including special education.

    Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Bacigalupo was an associate attorney with Manning, Caliendo & Thomson, P.A., where he represented clients before the Municipal, Superior and Appellate Courts of the State of New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Previous thereto, Mr. Bacigalupo served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Criminal Division. Preceding his clerkship, Mr. Bacigalupo served as a judicial intern to both the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Criminal Division and the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Civil Division.
