Professional Experience:Mr. Carroll concentrates his practice in the areas of school law, education law and construction law. For over 26 years, he has represented boards of education in all matters affecting their operations, including public contracts, construction law, special education, tenure, employment and personnel issues, litigation and general legal representation.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, he served as an attorney for 17 years in a firm he founded, which evolved into Carroll, Weiss and Josephson, and which represented over 20 boards of education in all aspects of school law and public sector labor law. In 2000, the firm merged with Parker McCay.
Previous to that, Mr. Carroll completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John F. Lynch in the Appellate Division of Superior Court, and then served for seven years as counsel to the New Jersey School Boards Association.
