Labor Relations Law Conference Parker McCay Counsel, Elizabeth M. Garcia will be a featured speaker at the 30th Annual Conference on Public Sector Labor Relations Law. The event is being sponsored by the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) and the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Garcia, along with other PERC staff, will answer some of the most frequently asked questions about PERC. Other topics discussed will be negotiations in difficult economic times and how arbitrators rule. The conference is being held from 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Hilton in East Brunswick, NJ.
