Michael A. Rambert Featured Speaker at Joint Venturing Seminar Marlton, NJ, June 25, 2010 - Parker McCay Counsel, Michael A. Rambert was recently a featured speaker at the DBE Capacity Building Seminar held by NJ TRANSIT entitled, "Joint Venturing: Pros, Cons and Strategies for Joint Venturing."
The seminar is part of a series of seminars planned in partnership with Trans-Hudson Express (THE) Tunnel Project to inform DBE's of potential bidding opportunities and to enhance their capacity as a potential bidder.
Mr. Rambert's practice focuses on government contract law, business and corporate law and real estate development law. In the area of federal and state government contract law, he represents and advises contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
