Victoria Simoes Beck has a strong sense of serving one’s community. The daughter of immigrant parents, an attorney who focuses his practice on representing members of his ethnic community and an English as a Second Language teacher, she was encouraged to use her time and talents to serve others. Her early exposure to law and education motivated her to focus her practice on School Law.
Victoria represents school districts and boards of education throughout New Jersey. She focuses her practice on all aspects of school law, including labor and employment, civil litigation, special education and civil rights.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Victoria accumulated a wealth of experience in litigation, contract negotiation and mediation. She is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
