Parker McCay served as bond counsel to the Gloucester County Improvement Authority in connection with the financing of the completion of various capital improvement projects for Rowan University on the University’s main campus in Glassboro, New Jersey.  The transaction also included the refunding of certain revenue bonds previously issued by the University for the purpose of capturing significant interest cost savings for the University.  The transaction included the issuance of revenue bonds backed by the general obligation pledge of the University.
