Mount Laurel, N.J. – New Jersey law firm Parker McCay announces the promotion of Jarad L. Silverstein to Counsel.
Silverstein focuses his practice in the area of medical malpractice defense, with additional experience in HIPAA litigation and premises liability. He represents several major New Jersey hospitals and healthcare professionals in a variety of specialty areas. Silverstein has served as lead trial counsel in numerous cases and represents his clients both at the trial and appellate levels.
Silverstein was recently named one of the Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40 in New Jersey by the American Society of Legal Advocates and was honored as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star for the second consecutive year.

Silverstein is a resident of Philadelphia, PA and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2007 and bachelor’s degree in International Business from George Washington University in 2004. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
