Scott Miccio Joins Parker McCay

Mr. Scott Miccio has joined Parker McCay as an associate in its Municipal and Government Department. Drawing from both his government and law firm experience, Mr. Miccio will advise clients on matters that concern all facets of local government law. In his most recent past position, he was Assistant Legal Counsel for the Election Law Enforcement Commission in Trenton and has specific experience with state election and campaign finance laws. Prior to that, Mr. Miccio worked as an associate in the litigation department at a mid-size firm in Philadelphia specializing in trusts and estates.  In addition to his legal background, Mr. Miccio has served as a part-time lecturer in the Writing Program at Rutgers University, New Brunswick and currently holds a board position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties.

Mr. Miccio will practice out of the firm’s Hamilton, New Jersey office. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey.
