Emily Schrank Joins Parker McCay

Mount Laurel, N.J.  New Jersey law firm Parker McCay announces that Emily Schrank joined the firm.

Ms. Schrank has joined Parker McCay as an associate in its public schools and education department. In her most recent past position, she provided legal representation and guidance to public school districts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania in special education and various other education law matters. Prior to that, Ms. Schrank completed her clerkship in Delaware Superior Court with the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. In addition to her legal background, Ms. Schrank earned the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service in 2018. The award recognized her years of work as a student volunteer for the Face to Face Legal Center in Philadelphia and the Montgomery County Public Defender Expungement Clinic in Norristown, PA.

Ms. Schrank will practice out of the firm’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey office. She received her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
