Brooks DiDonato to present CLE Seminar

Parker McCay Shareholder, J. Brooks DiDonato, Esq., will be a presenter at the National Business Institute continuing legal education seminar on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.  The seminar, entitled, “Advanced Police Liability Claims,” will take place at the Holiday Inn Princeton in Princeton, New Jersey beginning at 9 a.m.

In his presentation, DiDonato will discuss law enforcement pursuits including: police pursuits and third-party injuries, civil liability issues, due process rights violations and roadblocks, spike strips and liability. He will also comment on issues surrounding lawful searches and seizures, including investigatory stops, warrantless entry into private premises and probable cause.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.2 hours of total CLE credit.
