James Keating Joins Parker McCay

Mount Laurel, N.J. -- New Jersey law firm Parker McCay announces that James Keating joined the firm.

Mr. Keating has joined Parker McCay as counsel in its Construction and Procurement Department. For more than two decades, he has been involved in municipal, commercial, and industrial construction. In his most recent past positions, he managed claims departments for insurance companies. In these roles, he was responsible to write, review, analyze, modify, and negotiate commercial agreements, business associate agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts.  He also interpreted contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure. In the earlier part of his career, Mr. Keating also enjoyed law firm life as a construction litigation attorney in Philadelphia.

Mr. Keating will practice out of the firm’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey office. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2002 and his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Saint Joseph’s University in 1999.
