Commitment to Diversity
We take a two-pronged approach to our diversity initiatives. First, we focus on the next generation of potential future lawyers. Many of our attorneys volunteer their own time to participate in the Vincent Appruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition with the intention of encouraging and mentoring students who may not have considered law as an accessible career option. Second, we constantly evaluate our recruitment, hiring, and promotion practices to ensure inclusiveness and fairness. We actively participate in local affinity group events and attend diversity events such as the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair.
