Ryan Kaisinger

Overview

Ryan Kaisinger is a new Associate at Parker McCay, where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice matters. He is committed to advocating for his clients while helping them navigate challenging and often complex legal situations.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2025 after receiving his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 2023. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in February 2026.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ryan served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Ann C. O’Brien, J.S.C. Through this experience, he gained valuable insight into the judicial process and developed a strong foundation for analyzing and addressing complex legal issues.

Ryan approaches his practice with an emphasis on advocacy, practical solutions, and clear communication. He believes that a good attorney should be ethical, compassionate, and knowledgeable, while taking the time to understand not only the legal issues involved, but also the individual and circumstances behind each case. He strives to ensure that his clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process.

Ryan is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association. He is committed to continuing to grow as a legal professional and expand his knowledge and expertise while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
