Diane Magram

Overview

Diane joins Parker McCay's Medical and Professional Malpractice area as Counsel. Before joining the firm, she practiced at two other firms as trial counsel where she represented an insurance carrier in their fraud litigation arising from personal injury protection benefits.  Diane was also a technical writer in private industry.  Prior to that, she was a partner at Margolis Edelstein and Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, P.C., where she was lead trial counsel in over 50 personal injury trials, representing insurance companies and their insureds in all types of personal injury claims, including automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, personal injury protection benefits, legal and dental malpractice and consumer protection.

Diane served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Sweeney, J.S.C., Law Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, for the court year 1995-1996. 

Diane earned a B.S. from Drexel University in 1986 and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law (now Delaware Law School) in 1995.  Diane is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.  She is on the Executive Board of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and she previously served as president of the chapter in 2013-2015.  She also serves on the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Diane is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
