Chris Wisniewski joins Parker McCay as Real Estate Counsel, bringing more than 25 years of experience representing clients in commercial and corporate real estate matters throughout New Jersey. Chris understands the complex relationship between commercial real estate and transactional law, and his expertise in land use, mergers and acquisitions, development, and tax law provides essential counsel for a diverse client base.

 Throughout his career, Chris has handled complex and diverse matters in both the private sector and municipal and government projects. His work includes negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, advising on sophisticated transactions, and guiding clients through multifaceted regulatory and development processes.

Passionate about advancing legal education, Chris is a frequent speaker and CLE instructor for accredited seminars on operating agreement drafting, entity selection, cannabis law, and various business law topics.

Chris was a Zoning Board of Adjustment member for Washington Township for more than ten years.  

The Sewell, New Jersey resident will practice from our Mount Laurel office.
