Overview
Public Finance is a perfect fit for Associate Arden Walker, whose work is driven by a passion for using technology to foster transparency and trust in legal and financial systems. Rather than resist emerging technologies and their space in legal work, Arden embraces the use of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain to better her practice, enhancing efficiency and client service.
A Moorestown native, Arden’s commitment to public service began early, working at Rutgers Camden throughout high school with the Rutgers Future Scholars Program. She then went on to earn her Bachelors in Economic History and Politics along with an Honours Degree (U.S. Masters equivalent) in Public Policy from the University of Cape Town. Upon returning to the States, she earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden. There, she was a Social Justice Scholar and the leader of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, earning the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service with Distinction for more than 200 hours of service throughout her law school career.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Arden served as a Government and Regulatory Affairs Associate at a South Jersey law firm. She currently resides in Camden, New Jersey.
