Dennis Frazier represents clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His clients have included businesses both small and large as well as municipalities.

Unlike many commercial litigators, Dennis brings a successful background as a former small business owner of a popular Burlington County fitness center. This hands-on experience gives Dennis a unique perspective on the challenges that business owners face, especially in the areas of franchise, landlord-tenant, and insurance law. Dennis understands the real-world pressures of making payroll, paying rent, expanding operations, and turning a profit - because he's been there. This gives Dennis a unique perspective to your business needs that other attorneys simply cannot provide.

Prior to working as a litigator, Dennis served over a decade as a Contracting Officer with the Federal Government - first with the Department of Defense, and later with the United States Attorney’s Office. This provided Dennis with a substantial contracting background with experience handling collections and breach of contract claims.

Dennis is active in the local legal community. In 2026, Dennis was elected as a Trustee with the Burlington County Bar Association. Dennis's term ends in 2029. In addition to his law degree, Dennis holds graduate degrees in Business (Rutgers University) and Political Science (Villanova University). Dennis has been recognized as a 2026 Super Lawyers Rising Star for Commercial Litigation and a 2027 Best Lawyers One to Watch for Litigation – Real Estate.
