Focusing his practice in Commercial Litigation for the firm, Eric Garcia uses his analytical mind and drive to find answers to difficult questions to help clients through their most pressing matters.  Eric strives to find practical and rational solutions, saving clients from costly prolonged litigation by navigating complex issues quickly and efficiently. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked extensively in Labor and Employment Litigation, where he dealt with myriad issues involving all aspects of business in many types of industries. Eric works with businesses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

A native of Middletown, NY, Eric currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ. In his free time he enjoys staying active, particularly in CrossFit, as well as spending time with friends and family and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
