Multi-Layered Affordable Housing Transaction Continues the Re-invigoration of Camden

Acted as borrower’s counsel to a leading, national affordable housing provider in connection with a multi-tiered financing transaction consisting of three (3) lending sources and the utilization of low income housing tax credits. The proceeds of the transaction were utilized by the developer to develop and construct a seventy-two (72) unit affordable housing project located in the City of Camden, providing further re-invigoration and investment to the City.
