Appeal Upheld on Denial of Reinstatement

Parker McCay attorneys Alicia D’Anella and Emily Schrank successfully defended a municipality client in a Civil Service Commission (CSC) appeal before the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division. The Appellate Division’s Opinion affirmed an August 6, 2021 final agency decision of the CSC, which denied the plantiff's automatic reinstatement based on the finding she voluntarily resigned her position as a Wildwood police officer after submitting an ordinary disability retirement application.
