New Jersey law firm, Parker McCay welcomes new associate, Christopher R. Sullivan to its Corporate and Real Estate departments. He is based out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office.
Sullivan focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law and real estate law where he counsels clients on corporate and transactional matters, including business formation/organization, project finance, and business transactions such as land, real estate, and business sales. His legal experience spans across an array of disciplines, including public finance and governmental law.
He earned his law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in English from St. Joseph’s University. Sullivan frequently serves as a child advocate through the Philadelphia-based Support Center for Child Advocates.
