Heather Demirjian joins Parker McCay's Environmental Law Practice Area

Mount Laurel, N.J.—Heather L. Demirjian has joined leading New Jersey law firm Parker McCay as an associate in the Environmental Law Practice Area in its Mount Laurel, N.J. office.   Ms. Demirjian concentrates her practice in all areas of state and federal environmental law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Demirjian was an associate attorney with Blank Rome's Environmental, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group.  Her experience includes counseling clients concerning the environmental risks and liabilities affecting corporate and industrial acquisitions, permitting and environmental compliance issues and navigating chemical and hazardous materials reporting requirements. She has represented clients in administrative and civil enforcement proceedings and litigation involving major state and federal environmental laws including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, TSCA, and the New Jersey Spill Act. She has also authored articles on environmental and energy related issues and has given presentations to clients and peers involving environmental laws and issues.

Demirjian, a resident of Voorhees, New Jersey, earned her law degree from Rutgers University, School of Law and bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
