Navigating the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act

Elizabeth Garcia and Cameron Morgan to Present CLE Seminar

Elizabeth M. Garcia, Shareholder and Chair of Parker McCay’s Labor and Employment Department, will moderate and Cameron R. Morgan, associate, will speak at the seminar titled, “Navigating the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act.” The event will be presented by the Burlington County Bar Association’s Civil Practice Section on January 28 from 4:30 pm - 6:45 pm in Courtroom 2 on the third floor of the County Office Building in Mount Holly.

Garcia and Morgan will discuss the impact and implementation of the New Jersey Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, including essential elements of the law, parental rights, school compliance timelines, and best practices. The program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit.
