Kylie Stinsman is a Juris Doctor at Parker McCay P.A. where she focuses her practice on Labor & Employment and School Law. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique circumstances and goals and developing practical legal solutions tailored to their needs.

Kylie earned her B.A. in Business/Legal Studies from Temple University in 2023 and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School Camden in 2026. During law school, she gained valuable experience in employment law as a Law Clerk with McOmber McOmber & Luber in Marlton, where she assisted with matters involving sexual harassment, hostile work environments, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other employment-related issues.

Kylie also gained experience as a legal intern with Holman Enterprises, where she worked with Holman Growth Ventures and conducted legal research and prepared memoranda for the company’s legal department. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in both legal research and the practical application of the law in a business environment.

Kylie was drawn to the legal profession by her interest in problem-solving and challenging herself, as well as a desire to use her education and skills to help others. She believes effective legal representation begins with listening carefully, understanding a client’s objectives, and adapting to the unique circumstances of each matter.

Outside of the office, Kylie enjoys pilates and workout classes, following Philadelphia sports, particularly the Phillies, and exploring new restaurants throughout the city.
