Overview
Young Yoon’s interest in construction law was borne out of his experiences practicing real estate law and handling complex litigation. Young draws from that combined experience to offer clients the most comprehensive service. Young believes that the law sets boundaries, yet the practice of law allows and, in fact, requires creative and strategic thought for finding effective solutions.
As a member of the firm’s Construction Department, Young represents public and private sector clients, and handles all aspects of construction from pre-construction phase document drafting through post-construction litigation.
In his most recent past position at a Cherry Hill law firm, Young focused on construction defect claims, general commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Prior to that, Young handled premises liability and property damage lawsuits, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Young is a current resident of Voorhees, NJ where his lives with his wife and two sons. He is active with the South Jersey Korean-American Association, is fluent in Korean, plays the bass, and has run the Boston Marathon twice.
