Mika Magura is an associate at Parker McCay focusing his practice in Real Estate and Corporate Law. Mika is experienced in representing a variety of businesses during all stages of the business life cycle – including formation, financing, restructuring, and dissolution.  Using his in-depth knowledge of construction and real estate development, Mika provides contract drafting expertise to contractors, subcontractors, and financiers of large-scale commercial projects. Passionate about corporate governance, sustainability and compliance issues, Mika strives to help make long-term differences for our corporate clients.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mika served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Kathi F. Fiamingo, J.T.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court’s Tax Court and Chancery Division. While there, his attention to detail and strong work ethic helped him stand out among his peers.  Mika earned his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University.

A current resident of Philadelphia, PA, Mika was born in Cape Town, South Africa. His roots as an immigrant give him a unique perspective on the law, as well as help to fuel his passion for helping others and fostering a welcoming environment for immigrants. In his free time, Mika is enjoys exploring the city, live music, exercising, and spending time with his niece and nephew.
