Parker McCay Land Use Attorneys Successfully Sought Bulk Variances and Design Waivers for Their Warehouse Industry Client

Represented Warehouse Industry Client in Connection with Two Applications before a Township Planning Board
April 5, 2021

Parker McCay land use attorneys represented a client in the warehouse industry in connection with two applications before a township planning board in central New Jersey.  Our attorneys helped the client acquire a number of bulk variances and design waivers, including permission to build the warehouses higher than is permitted, and to provide less parking spaces than is usually required.  Our attorneys filed the required applications and documentation and prepared the planner, engineer, and other professionals to testify before the planning board. The firm successfully argued for the variances and waivers before the board and achieved a positive outcome for the client.  As the warehouse industry in New Jersey booms, our land use team looks forward to assisting more applicants before land use boards across the state.
