Susan S. Hodges Joins Parker McCay’s Public Schools and Education Practice Area

Parker McCay welcomes Susan S. Hodges to its Public Schools and Education department as Counsel. She is based out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office.  

Susan focuses her practice on the representation of boards of education and private schools in State and Federal Courts in all areas of school law including labor and employment, special education, student discipline, FERPA, HIB, student residency, OPRA and OPMA. She also counsels private clients on all areas of labor and employment law, and regularly advises and represents policyholders pursuing insurance coverage under a broad array of first-party and third-party policies.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Susan was a partner at a New Jersey law firm.

She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government Law/English from Lafayette College. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Third District and the U.S. Supreme Court.
