Parker McCay’s Gillespie and Goodell Sworn in as Officers of NJILGA

December 5, 2018

Parker McCay’s John Gillespie and Steve Goodell were sworn in on Thursday, November 15, 2018 as President and Treasurer respectively at the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys’ (NJILGA) annual social event at the conclusion of the New Jersey League of Municipalities (NJLM) Conference in Atlantic City.

NJILGA’s installation of officers ceremony honored incoming and outgoing officers for their commitment and service to the group.  NJILGA is an affiliate partner of NJLM that promotes education and professionalism among government attorneys and forms special committees on legislative and regulatory issues to advocate for its members and public interest.

“NJILGA is an association of attorneys whose primary goal is to provide the best legal advice available to elected and appointed officials at the local level,” said Gillespie.  “Steve and I are honored to serve this organization and the local government clients we and our colleagues represent.”  All of Parker McCay’s municipal attorneys are members of this group, and Associate, Katelyn McElmoyl serves on the Board of Trustees.
