Mount Laurel, N.J. New Jersey law firm Parker McCay welcomes three summer associates to its headquarters.
The summer associate program provides rising third year law students with an opportunity to experience life as new attorneys practicing at a law firm. During their program which will run from June 3rd until August 2nd, the students will rotate through a few different practice areas to learn more about what it is like to practice in particular areas of law and confirm which specialties interest them the most. With support from their assigned peer mentors, the summer associates will be exposed to a wide array of matters and have the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways. They will also be attending professional development trainings, networking events, and team bonding activities.
Joining the firm this summer are Brian Berkoff (Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law), Katherine Orr (Temple University Beasley School of Law), and Shailynne Swain (Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law). The experience will provide them with a solid foundation on what to expect when they transition into the profession after completing law school.
