Parker McCay Welcomes Five New Associates

New Jersey law firm, Parker McCay, added five new associates to its Mount Laurel headquarters:  Stephanie M. Corcoran, Tiara J. Greene, Samantha Reid Gross, John Neckonchuk and Erin A. Szulewski join growing practice areas throughout the firm.

Stephanie M. Corcoran focuses her practice in the area of insurance defense litigation, municipal liability and civil rights litigation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Corcoran worked at a plaintiff’s firm in Philadelphia. She received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Prior to her law career, Ms. Corcoran served five years in the United States Army as a military police solider. Ms. Corcoran is a combat veteran and was deployed to the Babil Province in Iraq in support of OIF 05-07. Ms. Corcoran was also previously stationed in South Korea and at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Tiara J. Greene concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment, public schools and education, and municipal and government relations. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Greene clerked for the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Shusted, Jr., in the New Jersey Superior Court. Tiara received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and her bachelor’s degree from Temple University. 

Samantha Reid Gross concentrates her practice in the area of healthcare law. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Gross clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael J. Haas in the New Jersey Superior Court. In law school, Ms. Gross was the Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.  She also interned with the General Counsel of Cooper University Hospital. Before entering law school, Ms. Gross worked in health care policy for a medical society in Washington, DC. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden.

John Neckonchuk concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Neckonchuk clerked for the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, Assignment Judge for the Camden Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Neckonchuk received both his law degree and bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University- Camden. Throughout his law school career, he obtained several prestigious scholarships and was a staff editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy

Erin A. Szulewski concentrates her practice in the area of real estate and land use. Prior to joining Parker McCay, she was a clerk for the Honorable Judge Louis R. Meloni, in the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Szulewski received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden and her bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University. In law school, Ms. Szulewski interned at the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and the South Jersey Industries Office of General Counsel. She also was the Associate Research and Writing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
