Internal Investigations:  Navigating the Process at All Levels of Your Organization

Labor and Employment Attorneys, Elizabeth Garcia and Amy Guerin, will present, “Internal Investigations:  Navigating the Process at All Levels of Your Organization,” to the attendees of the Tri-State HRMA Conference.  They will discuss properly conducting and documenting internal investigations.  Topics will include recognizing the situations that require investigation, creating proper documentation, and identifying necessary workplace policies.  The Conference takes place on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Westin Hotel in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
