Susan Hodges has been named the new chair of Parker McCay's Employment & Labor department, effective as of September 24, 2018.
Susan counsels public and private clients on all areas of labor and employment law, including reviewing and drafting handbooks, workplace investigations, hiring and termination issues, wage payment and exemption and overtime issues, as well as compliance with State and Federal disability and leave laws.
In her new post, Susan hopes to grow the Employment & Labor practice, while continuing to serve the Public Schools and Education department.
Prior to her new appointment, Susan served as counsel at Parker McCay focusing her practice on Public Schools and Education exclusively, and was also partner at another regional law firm.
