Dave Klumbach and Amy Guerin Join Parker McCay

Parker McCay announces that Dave Klumbach and Amy Guerin joined the firm.

Mr. Dave Klumbach has joined Parker McCay as Counsel in its Corporate Department. Mr. Klumbach will provide general counsel advice for businesses and individuals and his practice will focus on representing clients in a wide range of commercial matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity, as well as various other types of commercial transactions. He has significant experience in commercial transactions, business strategy and structure, complex negotiations, litigation and risk management, and dispute resolution. Before joining the firm, Mr. Klumbach was in-house counsel for 13 years with a large corporation in Philadelphia where he served as an executive adviser and lead counsel for the sports and entertainment line of business.  Prior to that, he was a commercial real estate attorney for seven years with a large, well-known law firm in Philadelphia where his practice focused on complex transactions such as preferred equity and multiple property sale/leaseback transactions. 

Mr. Klumbach brings his extensive experience in commercial transactions and general business counsel to Parker McCay. He will practice out of the firm’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey headquarters. He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the College of New Jersey.

Ms. Amy Guerin has rejoined Parker McCay as an associate. Her practice areas will include Employment and Labor and Public Schools and Education.  She will be counseling public and private clients on all areas of law pertaining to employment, labor, and public schools. Ms. Guerin received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College. She will also practice out of the firm’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey headquarters.
