Mt. Laurel, NJ – Parker McCay is pleased to announce promotions of four of its attorneys from Associate to Counsel.
Scott T. Miccio focuses his practice on local government law. He has also expanded his legal expertise into land use and zoning, redevelopment and, most recently, cannabis law. Scott enjoys being an active member in his community. He currently holds a board position with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties and loves championing the cause for Special Olympics New Jersey.
John Neckonchuk concentrates his practice in the area of business and commercial disputes. He has experience with an array of litigation matters including product liability defense, internal business disputes, construction, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, employment defense, breach of contract, consumer and common law fraud, negligence and intentional torts, and commercial leasing.
Patrick J. Wesner’s expertise lies in mortgage default servicing litigation. In his practice, he represents both residential and commercial banks and lenders, and mortgage loan companies. He has worked on cases in foreclosure, loan restructuring, and lien priority disputes. From 2000 to 2006, while attending law school in the evening, Patrick was employed full time as a Probation and Parole Agent with Philadelphia’s First Judicial District.
Andrew S. Winegar focuses his practice on medical malpractice and general liability defense. He also does work on appellate and employee discrimination cases. He is a member of the New Jersey State, Camden County, and Burlington County Bar Associations. He is a native of Burlington County.
