Susan Hodges to Present an Educational Session on Negotiation Trends
The New Jersey Association for School Administrators is holding an educational program on “Negotiating Trends.” The event will take place at the Ramada Plaza Conference Center in Monroe Township, NJ, on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Employment and Labor Department Chair and Public Schools and Education Counsel, Susan Hodges, will be co-presenting with Assistant Superintendent for Instruction, Tim Trow, of the Gloucester Township Board of Education. Attendees should come ready to share their issues, challenges, and questions. Susan and Tim will be discussing trends in collective bargaining, giving examples of successes and failures, and reviewing the entire process of negotiation.
